All clients will be required to fill out and sign a model release form on behalf of themselves and/or children (under the age of 18).*
~ If a park permit, photography permit is required for the location you choose, it is your responsibility to obtain, and have available on the day of your shoot. If the shoot has to be canceled on arrival at the location due to lack of permits, the session fee is forfeit. Many locations in Toronto do not require a permit. If you are unsure if you may need a permit or permissions, please contact me. The location of your session must be decided on no later than 72 hours in advance of your session.
~ Prints and discs can be collected usually within 2-4 weeks. If you prefer they can be mailed to you (@ $5 p&p).
~ No images from a shoot may be used for profit without prior permission.
~Please be aware that InDawnsShadow Photography retains the copyright for all images taken as well as reserves the right to use all works for display in online galleries, in portfolios, and for promotion of any other InDawnsShadow Photography advertising materials.
